compliance because of letter written by his attorney to insurer's counsel that attorney was tendering insured for reporting
such information that they might see fit to ask or require, where such letter was written following mistrial of case against
another insurer for liability arising from same fire which made offer too late since any benefits which could have been discovered
from examination had long since perished and could not have been resurrected as result of compliance with belated offer.
